Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath, peel, and slice in half.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and cook the diced onions until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and hot sauce, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Spoon the warm spicy garlic butter sauce over the halved boiled eggs and garnish with parsley.

  • Keep the heat medium-low to prevent the butter from breaking or the garlic from burning.
