Season sliced chicken strips with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Saute minced garlic in the same pan over low heat for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth, then stir in the cooked garlic to form the garlic cream sauce.
Spread garlic cream sauce over each tortilla. Layer with chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, lettuce, and tomato.
Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides first, then rolling from the bottom up.
Toast wraps in butter over medium heat, seam-side down, for 2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
