Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries finely diced
  • 200 g dark chocolate at least 60 percent cocoa, chopped
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional, for smoother coating
  • flaky sea salt optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in diced strawberries.
  2. Spoon tablespoon-sized clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen cluster in chocolate, return to parchment, sprinkle with sea salt, and freeze 15 to 20 minutes until set.

Notes

  • Work quickly when dipping so the clusters stay firm.
  • Dice strawberries small and pat them dry to prevent spreading.
  • Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
