Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  3. Cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Season with spices and stir in tomato sauce, then simmer.
  5. Fill tortillas with beef and cheese, then fold.
  6. Cook in skillet until both sides are golden and crispy.

Notes

  • Do not overfill tacos to prevent tearing.
  • Cook on medium heat for even crisping.
  • Reheat filling separately for best leftovers.
