Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 1/4 cup basil chopped

Method
 

  1. Season and cook chicken until lightly browned, then set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter, then add broth and cream.
  3. Simmer sauce and stir in basil.
  4. Return chicken, top with mozzarella, and let it melt before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the chicken.
  • Keep heat low when adding cream.
