Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix plus eggs, oil, and water per package
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries hulled and rinsed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 wooden skewers

Equipment

  • 9x13 baking pan
  • Wooden skewers
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Bake brownies according to package directions at 350°F for about 25 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan. Let cool completely, then cut into 1-inch squares.
  2. Prep strawberries by removing stems and patting dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Thread skewers starting with a brownie square, then strawberry, then marshmallow. Repeat pattern 3-4 times per skewer, leaving 1 inch at bottom for holding.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in microwave using 30-second bursts, stirring between each interval until smooth (about 90 seconds total).
  5. Drizzle chocolate over each assembled kabob using a spoon or piping bag. Place on parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until chocolate hardens before serving.

Notes

  • Store in fridge up to 2 days in airtight container.
  • Assemble up to 4 hours ahead for best results.
